The prevalent wealth and capital accumulated by 1% of the country’s population created a vast gap in the classes which is harming our country; especially as they tighten the reins on the middle class. Regulations are being disregarded as unnecessary, green projects are smirked it, union rights are eradicated — yet all of the aforementioned would benefit us all — us, the Middle Class.( news : occupy wall street police brutality )

While you’re out having brunch today, a reported 80 people protesting against the greed and callousness of Wall Street have been arrested — many of them for no clear reason. The reported abuse by police officers will only create anger, thus bringing more people into the fold to protest against the Corporations which thrive on the Middle Class.

two peaceful female protesters were first penned in by police, then at least one of the young women is sprayed directly in the face at close range with pressurized mace. She then falls to her knees, and repeatedly screams in pain.
