when your firned has accepted you invitation , their highlighted boxes will be green color , it means you are now in a squad , what you are waiting for ? just join the server as a squad.
look at the Server Browser then choose a server you would like to play on. but try to choose a server that isn´t completely full, to make it easier to connect. for safe picking find a server that has 16/24 on them.
