Step one : set up your mobile number with Twitter , It's easy just login to Twitter -> then menu Settings -> then click Mobile tab -> then you need to follow the step by step instructions to set up your mobile number and then yo have to verify it. ( tutorial : How to Setup Twitter for Siri )
Step two : Twitter will send you a number
Step three : just save the number and make it as a contact on your iPhone 4S. you can Name it other than Twitter because iPhone 4S will not save ten name. may be you can name it tuit or twet or even littlebird
Step four : tap and run Siri then say : Send twitter a message, bla bla bla

Step five : Now Siri is going to write for you a new text message then send it to Twitter. that's it
