1. make a txt file, copy the list below and save it and give a name, for example : addperk.txt
2. place that txt file to your skyrim directory : programfiles/skyrim
you may search to find your skyrim directory
3. Then Start Skyrim, load your game, and open the console with pressing tilde (`) key
4. Type this command : bat [your filename] for example : bat addperk.txt
5. Then Check your perks tabs, you will find that every perk has been unlocked.
