There are several tricks, just try one that work with you
1. auto complete trick
if you forgotten one of their Security Question answers
- Just create a new account on the same computer
- After logged into your new account, simply go to the Security Question section of your new account.
- easy guys, double click the input boxes then Autocomplete function will reveal your previously entered answers.
Hope this work for you especially if your browser autocomplete is enable
2. Copy paste it to 4chan for ultimate security. You'll never need those 5 answers ever again!
3. download the FF addon "Form History Control" and look for:
- secret_answer_0
- secret_answer_1
- ...
Still, then the issue remains with correct punctuation or abbreviation...
st - ST - St - St. - STREET - Street - street
All classed as different. That was my problem - I knew the answer, just didn't know which abbreviation I had put.
Of course, now the "Authenticator" is out, these issues will become obsolete.
What Squishy said. I had my account locked also, reset it after I created a dummy account to get the auto complete answer to the Security Questions.
If your a bit lucky. This works like a charm for me.
4. with add on
Step one: Install the following plug-in to your browser - Lazarus
- https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/loljledaigphbcpfhfmgopdkppkifgno (this is for Google Chrome)
- https://addons.mozilla.org/pt-br/firefox/addon/lazarus-form-recovery (this is for Mozilla Firefox)
Step Two: Sign up a new account on swtor website with a brand new e-mail address
Step Three: When creating the secret answers on your brand new account, click on each text boxes (where you type your answers). It should show a drop down box with the answer you typed on that spot on your own original account!
Step Four: Write down the 5 answers! Case sensitive!
Step Five: Try the 5 answers on that very special question that made you spend money for nothing!
Remember... case sensitif
